Please ask for it! Our full training programme may require
30+ hours. ( 4 full days or 6 half days) I have met hundreds of salesmen who were selling well "in spite" of some harmful traditional training. Once they became aware and "un-learned" the destructive effects of such trainings, they multiplied their sales by 100-300%. So, hardened salesmen need my training more than new ones in the field!! This is why, it usually takes longer to re-train the "experienced" sales people than training the un-experienced ones! If any of your delegates decides that this program is not suitable for him/her, may chose to discontinue the training and you receive a pro rata refund for that person, before the final day of our programs. 2. Even after the program, if any of your sales people's performance drops, I will refund that person's fees after speaking to him/her and some of his/her clients to identify the reasons for such failure. |
